Within the real-estate management area we manage the real-estates that have been and will be transferred from debtors to BAMC through bankruptcy and other recovery procedures. Management and marketing strategy will be prepared for each real-estate; our aim is to sell the real-estate within reasonable time at the highest possible price. For some projects the construction phase has to be completed first to enable the sale of the real-estate. Real-estates already under demand will be sold within the shortest time possible, however we will avoid the forced - »fire-sale«. Real-estates that are currently not under demand due to difficult economic situation will be managed with the lowest costs until their final sale. We are also looking into alternative solutions – temporary lease, lease with option to purchase or sale of larger number of real-estates to domestic and/or foreign real-estate funds.
